We care for our customers. Our aim is to prevent any disruption in their business, due to the health situation. Our supply chain and delivery teams adapts to the situation:
- Our supply chain process consists of sending our partners forecasts over 12 months, combined with firm orders over 2 slippery months, and this on all the components of our hardware.
- The qualification process of our partners also requires the same way of operating.
- We have already identified critical components to be incorporated into security stocks, and regularly check the actual levels of these stocks.
- Based on the economic decisions of governments, we will regularly re-evaluate the steps to be taken to ensure the best service to our customers.
As far as SLAT products are concerned, we do not have any supply chain or delivery issue reported by our subcontractors.
We are closely monitoring the supply chain with them to anticipate any component shortage that may appear due to the Coronavirus problem.
