Privacy Policy

As real estate professionals, we process personal data (civil status, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, floor plans, and property geolocation, etc.).
In accordance with European Regulation 2016/679, we inform our consumer clients that we collect and process the personal data necessary to carry out our services.
This data may be transmitted to the notary, the co-contracting party, any financial institutions responsible for financing, as well as the relevant government agencies (such as the city hall for DPU, among others). Photos, videos, floor plans, and geolocation data of properties for sale or rent may be published in all advertising media.
They will be retained for the duration of the business relationship and thereafter for a period of five years in accordance with Article L 561-12 of the Monetary and Financial Code, and for ten years with regard to the names and addresses of clients pursuant to Article 53 of Decree No. 72-78 of July 20, 1972.
Our consumer customers have the right to access and correct their processed personal data; they may request its erasure and portability, or exercise their right to object under the conditions set forth in European Regulation 2016/679.

Respect for intellectual property

All trademarks, photographs, text, comments, illustrations, images (whether animated or not), video clips, sounds, as well as any computer applications that may be used to operate the Site, and more generally all elements reproduced or used on the Site, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

They are the sole and exclusive property of the Publisher or its partners, unless otherwise specified. Any reproduction, representation, use, or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, including computer applications, without the Publisher’s prior written consent, is strictly prohibited. The fact that the Publisher does not initiate legal proceedings upon becoming aware of such unauthorized uses does not constitute acceptance of said uses or a waiver of the right to pursue legal action.
